Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

To ensure we can effectively plan and produce the event, the following refund policy applies:

Tickets purchased within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a refund only if the request is submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of the original purchase.
Refund requests received after the 48-hour window will not be approved.
No refunds will be issued for missed attendance, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather conditions, or any other personal circumstances.
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest by contacting the event organizer no later than 72 hours before the event. (Government-issued identification may be required at check-in.)

Event Changes

In the unlikely event that Cabeza de Flor Fashion & Art Experience is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified regarding refund or credit options. If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically be honored for the new date unless otherwise communicated.
